One of carschooling’s little “givens” is this: If you spend lots of time on the road with kids in the car, the car will have a “lived-in” look. Here is a trick for keeping your carschool clean:
Always keep litter bags in the car to stash the trash. (You can find trash bags that fasten onto the back of the front seats at many stores.) Consider assigning a car student the job of “trash monitor” and remind him or her to empty or replace it daily. Make sure that whatever you use for garbage will be easily seen so that it acts as a constant reminder for the students to deposit their scratch paper and empty drink boxes and cans in the bag, keeping the car clutter-free.

Cute tip and one that can reduce one of many parental stressors. I even tweeted about it.
